Although busy when we first arrived as I knew I wanted to buy a mini I waited and so glad I did as Tait Black made the whole process seamless from start to finish.

Tate Black was excellent and spent time explaining everything to us. No detail was too small. I phoned him up numerous times and he always returned the phone call. Endlessly patient.

As mentioned above michael was not able to tax our new mini because of a problem with the new system, instead of being able to pick the car up on the Friday, michael had to deliver it to us on Monday

Gave me all the info I needed and explained the basic functionality which in itself was a lot to take in on a car packed with technology. Still learning now using the Owners Handbook albeit a hardback version would be easier to use!
